Welcome to Bl. John's. Blessed John Henry Newman Catholic Church is a mission parish of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter serving Orange County. We are Catholic and worship according to the Anglican Use of the Roman Rite. Everyone is welcome and all Catholics are welcome to receive the Sacraments with us.

While we are certainly untraditional in our structure and our mission/vision, we are very traditional in our sacramental worship.
Our mission is to use the best of our Anglican patrimony to become saints, and to sanctify and evangelize Orange County with the truth and love of God.

As of Sunday, June 23, we will meet on Sunday afternoons at 3:00 pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Santa Ana. It is located at 727 North Minter Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701. (As of Sunday, June 30, we will meet on Sunday afternoons at 1:00 pm inside the St. Bernadette room at St. Mary's, Fullerton.)

We are a unique church in Orange County, California. We are also Catholic. Why? Because we believe that having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, through the Church he established, is the most rewarding kind. We discover the healing and unity of Christ through full union with the Catholic Church, and it is our mission to continually call other non-Catholics and even non-Christians to begin that same healing and unity we have started to experience ourselves (John 17:21).
